Founder Access exists to give a privileged place to the first users who get this vision.

1 month of TraceTime Pro, free
Invite one person who confirms their waitlist signup, and you unlock 1 month of TraceTime Pro at the official launch.
Your friend also gets 1 free month of Pro.
Priority access to the private beta
You move up the queue to try TraceTime before the public launch.
You’ll get to explore the first versions, test the real workflow, and send your feedback before the official launch.
Founding Member badge + 3 free months of Pro
You join the first users recognized as Founding Members.
This status can be shown in your TraceTime account and gives you access to communications reserved for early adopters.
You also unlock 3 months of TraceTime Pro at the official launch.
Reserved access to the Founder Lifetime Deal
You get a priority reservation for the Founder Lifetime Deal.
The Lifetime Deal is a limited launch offer to buy lifetime access to TraceTime Pro, under the terms announced before the official opening.
Important: this tier doesn’t mean the Lifetime Deal is given away for free. It reserves you priority access to the offer before it opens to the public.
Access to the private Founder Circle
The 50 people who invite the most qualified users will join the Founder Circle.
The Founder Circle gives access to a private space with:
- early builds;
- targeted feedback requests;
- votes on some product priorities;
- direct conversations around the v1;
- priority on certain beta invitations;
- privileged visibility into how TraceTime evolves.
The Founder Circle helps TraceTime prioritize the right things, but the final roadmap stays controlled by TraceTime.
What counts as a valid invitation
An invitation counts as valid only if the invited person:
- signs up with a real email;
- confirms their email;
- doesn’t use a temporary, disposable or fraudulent address;
- isn’t a duplicate of an already-registered account;
- respects the spirit of the program.
TraceTime may cancel invitations that look artificial, automated, fraudulent, or created solely to unlock rewards with no genuine interest in the product.
When rewards are applied
Rewards will be applied at the official launch of TraceTime Pro.
Free months of Pro will be added to the user’s account after valid invitations are verified.
Rewards can’t be converted to cash, aren’t refundable, and can’t be resold.
Founder Lifetime Deal
The Founder Lifetime Deal is a limited launch offer.
It provides lifetime access to TraceTime Pro under the terms communicated when the offer opens.
Reserved access to the Lifetime Deal means you’ll be able to reach the offer before it opens publicly, or during a priority window.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Lifetime Deal isn’t given away for free by the referral program.
The number of seats, the final price, the included features and how long the offer stays available will be communicated before the official opening.
Founder Circle
The Founder Circle is a private group of early-adopter users.
It lets members test some versions early, share their feedback, take part in surveys, and influence certain product priorities.
The Founder Circle grants no financial, legal, contractual, salary, decision-making or ownership rights over TraceTime, One Step Solution SARL, its products, its trademarks, its code, its revenue or its roadmap.
Founder Circle members are not co-founders of TraceTime.
They are privileged users, invited to help make the product better.
Roadmap and feedback
Feedback from Founder Access users is valuable.
It can influence certain priorities, help spot friction, surface real use cases, and improve the experience before the official launch.
However, TraceTime keeps final control over:
- the features that get built;
- the product design;
- the roadmap priorities;
- pricing;
- commercial offers;
- access terms;
- the launch schedule.
Feedback helps prioritize. The roadmap stays focused and controlled.

When will I receive my free months?

Does my friend get a reward too?

Can I lose my rewards?
Yes, in case of abuse.
Rewards can be cancelled if invitations are fraudulent, automated, created with temporary emails, based on duplicates, or contrary to the spirit of the program.
Does the Founder Circle give me decision-making power?
No.
The Founder Circle gives privileged access to feedback and product discussions, but grants no official decision-making right.
TraceTime keeps final control of its roadmap.
Do I become a co-founder of TraceTime?
No.
Here, the word “Founder” refers to an early adopter or a founding user of the product community.
It grants no legal, financial or contractual right over TraceTime or One Step Solution SARL.
Can prices change?
Yes.
TraceTime is still in pre-launch. Prices, offers and commercial terms may change before the official opening.
The final terms will be communicated clearly before any payment.
Is my data private during the beta?
Yes — TraceTime is built privacy-first.
The goal is to capture only what’s needed to rebuild your day, keep the data under your control, and delete what no longer needs to be kept once it’s validated.

Can I leave the waitlist?
Yes.
You can unsubscribe from TraceTime emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Full Founder Access program terms
1. Purpose of the program
The Founder Access program is a pre-launch program offered by TraceTime.
It lets users join a waitlist, invite other people, and unlock certain benefits tied to the launch of TraceTime.
These benefits may include free months, priority beta access, Founding Member status, a priority reservation for the Founder Lifetime Deal, or access to the Founder Circle.
2. Eligibility
The program is open to people who sign up for the TraceTime waitlist with a valid email address.
TraceTime reserves the right to refuse, suspend or remove any participation that appears fraudulent, abusive, automated or contrary to the spirit of the program.
3. Valid invitations
An invitation is considered valid only when the invited person confirms their signup with a real email address.
Duplicates, temporary emails, disposable emails, automated signups, artificial signups or invitations created solely to game the ranking may be cancelled.
TraceTime may verify invitations before applying rewards.
4. Rewards
Rewards are shown on the Founder Access page at the time of signup.
They may include:
- free months of TraceTime Pro;
- priority access to the private beta;
- a Founding Member badge;
- a priority reservation for the Founder Lifetime Deal;
- access to the private Founder Circle.
Rewards can’t be converted to cash, aren’t transferable, aren’t refundable and can’t be resold.
5. Applying rewards
Rewards will be applied at the official launch of TraceTime Pro, after valid invitations are verified.
TraceTime may take a reasonable amount of time to verify signups and apply benefits.
6. Founder Lifetime Deal
Reserved access to the Founder Lifetime Deal grants priority access to the Lifetime Deal launch offer.
It does not mean the offer is free.
The price, the number of seats, how long it stays available, the included features and the final terms of the Lifetime Deal will be communicated before it opens.
TraceTime reserves the right to change, limit or withdraw the Lifetime Deal before it opens to the public.
7. Founder Circle
The Founder Circle is a private space reserved for certain early adopters.
It may give access to early builds, surveys, private conversations, feedback requests or discussions about product priorities.
The Founder Circle creates no employment, partnership, association, investment or co-founding relationship.
Founder Circle members receive no financial, legal, contractual, salary, decision-making or ownership rights over TraceTime, One Step Solution SARL, its trademarks, its products, its code, its revenue or its roadmap.
8. Roadmap and product decisions
User feedback may help TraceTime improve the product and prioritize certain features.
However, TraceTime keeps final control over all product, commercial, technical, legal and strategic decisions.
No suggestion, idea, request or proposal sent as part of the Founder Access program creates any obligation to develop it or to pay for it.
9. Changes to the program
TraceTime may change, suspend or end the Founder Access program at any time — in particular in case of abuse, technical issues, a change of strategy or a change to the launch schedule.
In case of a significant change, TraceTime will do its best to inform registered users.
10. Abuse and fraud
TraceTime may cancel all or part of the rewards in case of abusive or fraudulent behavior.
This includes, in particular:
- creating fake accounts;
- using temporary emails;
- automating signups;
- deliberate duplicates;
- unqualified invitations;
- manipulating the ranking;
- any attempt to bypass the program rules.
11. Communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails related to TraceTime’s pre-launch, the Founder Access program, your invitation link, your rewards and important product announcements.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Some emails strictly necessary to run the program may still be sent while your signup is active.
12. Personal data
The data collected as part of the Founder Access program is used to manage the waitlist, invitations, rewards, pre-launch communications and access to the first versions of TraceTime.
TraceTime commits to limiting the data collected to what is necessary to run the program.
A full privacy policy will be available at the official launch.
13. Product availability
TraceTime is currently in its pre-launch phase.
Beta dates, the official launch, feature availability and offer openings may change.
Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the product.
14. No guarantee of results
TraceTime is designed to help users better recover, understand and value their working time.
However, results may vary depending on usage, work habits, configuration, projects and each user’s rates.
TraceTime does not guarantee any specific amount of recovered revenue.
